About this dispatch.
I'm Heyzeqaro. This site is a field notebook on frontier AI, product judgment, and the operating systems of small, sharp teams.
The editorial rule is simple: English frame, Chinese arguments. The outer layer should travel globally. The deeper writing should keep the precision, compression, and lived texture of Chinese.
What I write
I'm not interested in roundup posts, tool lists, or reactive news. I'm interested in the assumptions underneath them — the ones that quietly became wrong while everyone was busy shipping. Each essay should make one of those assumptions easier to see.
How to read this site
- Essays — the main thing. Chinese long-form arguments, organized by Paradigm, Build, and First Principle.
- Notes — short working fragments before they become essays.
Cadence
Three serious pieces a month. No newsletter. No growth funnel. Just essays. If a piece isn't ready, it doesn't go out. I'd rather miss the month than publish a weak argument.
Reaching me
The best way is email. I read everything, and I reply when the note is specific and thoughtful.
